By accessing or enrolling in our digital marketing course, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Eduvanca reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

• All course content is for personal use only and cannot be shared, reproduced, or resold.

• Login credentials and access are non-transferable.

• Eduvanca reserves the right to remove access for users found violating our policies.

• Payments made are for access to the course content and not for guaranteed earnings.

Eduvanca – 30-Day Refund Assurance Terms & Conditions

At Eduvanca, we are committed to ensuring that every student gains real skills and practical outcomes from our Student Growth Model. To support our students, we provide a 30-Day Refund Assurance under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

• This assurance applies only to students who have fully enrolled in the Eduvanca Student Growth Model by making the program fee payment.

• The 30-day period will be calculated from the date of enrollment.

2. Refund Criteria

A student may apply for a refund if, within 30 days of enrollment, they are unable to achieve their first payout/side income through Eduvanca’s earning programs, provided they have:

• Completed all assigned Execute Phase tasks up to that date.

• Posted at least one piece of content once every 2 days in Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Facebook(minimum 15 posts in 30 days).

• Connected with a minimum of 20 potential leads per week (total 80 leads in 30 days).

• Submitted valid proof of activity (screenshots, links, or reports) as requested by the Eduvanca team.

3. Exclusions

Refund will not be applicable if:

• The student has not completed the required tasks and outreach activities.

• Fake, incomplete, or unverifiable proof is submitted.

• The student voluntarily discontinues participation without following the required workflow.

• The student breaches Eduvanca’s code of conduct or misrepresents the brand in any manner.

4. Refund Process

• Eligible students must submit a Refund Request Form within 5 days after the 30-day period ends.

• The Eduvanca team will review submitted proofs and verify compliance with the criteria.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–4 working days via the original payment method.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Eduvanca’s liability is strictly limited to the refund of the enrollment fee.

• Eduvanca does not guarantee specific income amounts, client approvals, or long-term results beyond the first payout/side income milestone.

6. Agreement

By enrolling in the Eduvanca Student Growth Model, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions for the 30-Day Refund Assurance.
